The Deputy Director (ICDS) District ICDS Cell, Tezu under the department of Women & Child Development is implementing following Schemes as a Nodal Officer under Prime Minister & Chief minister Flagship Programmes.:-

  • National Social Assistance Programme (NSAP):-
  • IGNOAPs ( Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme)
  • IGNWPs (Indira Gandhi National Widow Pension Scheme)
  • IGNDPs (Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme )
  • NFBs ( National Family Benefit Scheme)

As per Govt. Guide-lines/Norms/Conditions, to avail the benefits…, the applicants have to produce following documents:-

  • INDIRA GANDHI NATIONAL OLD AGE PENSION SCHEME (IGNOAPS)

The scheme is meant for primary bread earner of household whose death occurs in the family and his /her earning contributes to the total household income and for that govt.is providing one time assistance with lump sum of an amount of Rs.20,000/-

Financial Assistance is provided by the state govt.to the eligible beneficiary [at] Rs.1, 000/- p.m per head.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR :-

  • The persons who are suffering from 100% degree of disability in the following cases,
    Namely :-Blindness,Low Vision,Leprosy,Hearing Impairment,Locomotor Disability,Mental Retardation,Mental Illness etc.
  • No income limit for the eligibility.
  • PRC/TRC of the present place of dwelling.
  • Two Photographs –one showing the face clearly and the other showing nature of Disability.
  • 3 years Years above.
  • SC/ST certificate.
  • Aadhar no.
  • Bank A/c no.

PENSION FORMS MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE DEPUTY DIRECTOR (ICDS), DISTRICT ICDS CELL, TEZU, LOHIT DISTRICT: DURING OFFICE HOURS

In case of Non – APST

  • The Non-APST applicant must be resident of the district of Arunachal Pradesh for more than 10 years for which a permanent Residential Certificate may be issued by the competent authority.
  • The Non- APST applicant should be among the holder of voter ID card,Bank Account No.under concerned district of Arunachal Pradesh and should have Aadhar card.
  • SCHEME FOR ADOLESCENT GIRLS ( SAG)

The Scheme aim at covering Adolescent girls in the age group of 11- 14years.
The objectives are:-

  • Enable self development & empowerment of AGs.
  • Improve their nutrition & health status.
  • Mainstream out of school AGs into formal/non formal education.
  • Upgrade their home based skill & vocational skills.
  • PRADHAN MANTRI MATRU VANDANA YOJANA (PMMVY)

It is a maternity benefit programme for both pregnant & lactating women. It provides Aadhar linkage, Direct Benefit Transfer of Rs.5, 000/-in beneficiary’s bank account. The women should be of 19 years of age or above for the first live birth. It provides partial wage compensation to women for wage –loss during child birth and child care and to provide conditions for safe delivery and good nutrition and feeding practices. Pregnant Women & Lactating Women shall receive a cash benefit of Rs.5,000/-in three instalments at the following stages as specified in the table given below:-
