About us
The Lohit Forest Division has taken up various plantation activities like Creation of Compensatory Plantation against the Forest Area diverted for project under CAMPA, Extraction of Departmental Timber Operation., Drift Timber, Seized Timber, participation in various Central Scheme like Amrit Sarovar, School Nursery Yojana, Creation of Artificial Plantation, Assisted Natural Regeneration Plantation, Soil and Moisture Conservation under NPV Component CAMPA, Proposal for up-gradation of Botanical Garden is submitted, Distribution of saplings on various occasion like Van Mahotsav, World Environment Day, Sarkar Apka Dwar etc.
