Atma Nirbhar Pashu Palan Yojna (ANPPY)

Applications in the prescribed format are hereby invited from interested and eligible

individual farmers/Self Help Groups (SHGs) affiliated under ArSREM, DCS, Farmers’ Producer Organization (FPOs), farmers/individuals trained under “Catch Them Young” scheme of Lohit District for availing the following scheme under “Atma Nirbhar Pashu Palan Yojna” (ANPPY) to promote livestock farming in the state of Arunachal Pradesh during the year 2025-26.

 

Eligibility Criteria for applicants: –

1. Individual farmers, ArSRLM promoted SHGs, Farmers club, DCS, Registered Co-operative Societies & Farmers trained under “Catch Them Young” scheme of Lohit District can apply. Age of the individual farmer must be a major and within the eligibility criteria for bank loans.
2. Priority will be given to the farmers/individuals trained under “Catch Them Young” scheme.
3. Preference will be given to educated unemployed youths and SHGs interested or trained in livestock sectors.
4. Individual should be unemployed APST.
5. Beneficiaries availing benefits from other Atma Nirbhar Scheme implemented by the Department of Agriculture/Horticulture/Fisheries would not preferably be selected. Such applicants are required to obtain a NOC from the concerned department while applying under ANPPY 2025-26.
6. The applicant and guarantor must not be a defaulter in any bank.
7. Concerned Veterinary Officer shall physically verify each application for genuineness & availability of land for farming with land availability certificate issued from the concerned authorities of jurisdiction.
8. The selection of beneficiaries from amongst the applicants shall be done by the District Level Implementation cum Monitoring Committee (DLIMC) headed by the Deputy Commissioner, Lohit District.
9. Under the Entrepreneurship Development (ED) unit, the selected beneficiary must deposit 10% of the total project cost (Beneficiary share-Rs. 1.50 lakh) in advance into the bank before the scheme can proceed further. This deposit is a mandatory requirement for the next steps in availing benefits under the scheme.

Photocopy of documents to be submitted along with filled-up application form by the applicant:

1. APST certificate.
2. PRC/Domicile certificate.
3. Aadhar card of the applicant and guarantor.
4. Bank Passbook (showing Account no. & IFSC code clearly) of the applicant and guarantor.
5. PAN card of the applicant and guarantor.
6. LPC/Land certificate duly certified by concerned CO/EAC.
7. Copy of Education qualification certificate or Certificate of any relevant training.
8. 03 (Three) nos. of Passport size photographs of the applicant and guarantor.
9. “Catch Them Young” training certificate, if any.
